Synology Diskstation SSD Cache, Part 2a
This is the initial test of the SSD drives in the DX213 expansion bay.
I temporarily installed the SSDs in the drive slots and found I could get one screw into the drives through the drive brackets to hold them in place. The drives need to sit on the far right side of the bracket to line up with the SATA connectors.
This held them in there well enough to power up the expansion bay and see if the drives were recognized. With the Storage Manager app, I indeed saw 2 SSDs in the DX213 expansion bay plugged into the 2nd eSATA port.
