Concerto a Tempo d’Umore, a spectacle by the Orthemis Orchestra. Hailing from Catalonia, Spain, the orchestra’s thirteen string musicians take to the stage brimming with energy, only to be thrown into wacky situations that break the mould of classical music performance. The orchestra plays carefully composed arrangements of famous pieces from renowned composers with the virtuosity expected of professional musicians, but there’s a twist: the performances are bursting with humour and jam-packed with action.
