Add ALT Text to Images in Google Sheets

There are two ways to insert images into Google Sheets. Hence, there are two ways to add ALT text to images in Google Sheets.
February 2022 UPDATE: Google has made a minor change. To add ALT Text to an image in a cell, please follow these steps:
Right-click the image.
Select "Image" from the right-click menu.
Then click "Add ALT text to cell."
