WMC 30: When Miners Cower -- 0 -- An Explanation of This Mess
Hello, and welcome to Season 30 of When Miners Cry: When Miners Cower, and Season 20 of Phobia: Nyctophobia II!
You heard that right, two of the oldest rounds on the reddit have teamed up to create something even more magical! This season was played as a To2 with 1 rep from each round. We played on Arctic 1.17, with updated 1.18 caves and 1.8 combat.
But this is Nyctophobia after all, and hence we played a new and improved Nightmare Mode. This new updated nightmare mode had a number of new terrors, including creepers exploding into poisonous bees, and torches going out after a few minutes (with weakness in low light levels). However to compensate this madness we threw back to When Miners Climb and gave everyone 5 bonus hearts to compensate. And because it was When Miners Climb, everyone is also disguised as our favourite Climbing WMCer!
The Nether is disabled. Golden Heads are enabled, healing 3 hearts. As usual, Optifine Zoom isn't allowed. Fullbright and Outlined Ore Texture Packs are also not allowed.
