INGREDIENTS:
Chicken legs - 900 grams;
Apples - 300 grams (2 pieces);
Sweet pepper - 315 grams (2 pieces);
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
Smoked paprika - 1 hour spoon;
Dried ginger - ½ tsp;
Sugar - 2 tsp;
Spices for chicken -1 tsp;
Garlic - 3 cloves;
Ground black pepper - to taste.
COOKING:
1. Peel the seed pods from the pepper, remove the core from the apples, chop the garlic coarsely.
2. Wash chicken legs, chop with a toothpick and cut into thigh and drumstick, transfer to a bowl.
3. Pour half the oil, salt, pepper, garlic, chicken spices and half the paprika into the chicken blanks. Mix everything well, leave for 20-30 minutes.
4. Cut the peeled peppers into large pieces. Cut the apples into slices. Transfer the peppers and apples to a separate bowl. Add sugar, ginger, paprika and a little oil. Stir well as well.
5. Put the chicken pieces into a 30x20 cm mold and distribute the apples and peppers.
6. Bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
7. Ready chicken with apples and pepper immediately serve.
