Office automation in JKH project schedulling. Beta Version
My past experience tell that scheduling for hundreds of short duration projects are not effective with standard Gantt Chart (e.g. MS Project).
This app (in Excel VBScript) allow fast and friendly scheduling.
Steps:
1. Filter out non-working days (public holidays, Sat & Sun).
2. Add days where team can go to site. (E.g. attend training, briefing, or TM Events)
3. This app will simulate human style (experience workers) scheduling but automated.
4. Schedule to be use for materials forecast, team capacity projection, project outcome simulation, etc
At this moment, this app support scheduling for only 4 teams. Future version to support more (e.g. 20 teams/contractor)
