New G'MIC filter 'Deformations / Stereographic projection'
I've finished implementing a filter in G'MIC for [stereographic projection](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stereog.... This is basically a method that allows to project data defined on a sphere into a plane (see wikipedia page for more details). In photography, one common use of such a filter is the generation of so-called [Mini planets](https://www.google.fr/search?q=mini+p..., from equirectangular panoramas.
