Here's a PIF about fostering. Is that Jean Boht? If so, do Social Services not know about "Fireworks: Where's Your Child"?
The voice of the great Patrick Troughton (oddly enough also from that firework PIF) signifies that this is another pretty old one, because he'd been dead for about six years when we taped this. Troughton may not have been a foster parent himself, but he still knew from bringing up kids, what with having two families with seven kids between them simultaneously.
