SIREN Season 4 is Cancelled By Freeform. What’s Next for Alex Roe, Eline Powell and Ian Verdun?
Hey, guys! So, the most recent, third season of Siren wrapped up in May. Two months later, Freeform announced that, unfortunately, the mermaid drama will not be returning with new episodes – Season 4 of Siren has been officially cancelled. While the Season 3 final episode, which now, as it turns out, was the series finale, did finally present a showdown between the good and the evil, Tia and Ryn, it didn’t provide enough closure to fans. For example, we still don’t know where Ben is and what happened to him. The reason for Siren’s cancellation is the same as for any other TV show these days – the declining ratings, which fell by nearly 15% in the third season. At the same time, fans seemed to really enjoy Siren, as the show boasts an impressive 90% approval rating on IMDb. We hope to see its talented and beautiful young cast in new roles soon. The cast is also quite international: Alex Roe (Ben) is from London, UK, Eline Powell (Ryn) is from Belgium, Sibongile Mlambo (Donna) was born and raised in Zimbabwe, and Ian Verdun (Xander) is from LA. Are you, guys, upset Siren got cancelled? Who was your favorite character on the show? Share with us in the comments!
