BINANCE vs SEC
CZ and Binance are being Sued by the SEC today! This is the latest in a battle between Gary Gensler and Crypto Exchanges operating in the US.
We have known that Binance were being investigated by the SEC but now we have the details, some of which are likely to result in a fine being paid.
The question is, who is Gary Gensler protecting?
The response from a combined Coinbase, Ripple, Binance and Kraken could be very bullish for crypto as a united front is what's needed to put an end to the BS.
