Shiny Latios From Pokemon Emerald's Broken RNG!
Well I had been hearing about people from Smogon that they had Cracked Pokemon emeralds RNG. Well I read about it more and more, and I really didn't get it. I had so many questions. Like what the heck was a Frame? And, This seems so unlikely. Finally I asked a few people personally about it and wow, it really does work.

Alright so the first thing you need to do is go here:

The thing that most people are stuck on are How do I get my Secret Id? -- Well I got mine by migrating a pokemon to pearl and trading it to a person with SAV. Or you could just use a AR or GS on your own.
You need your Secret ID to find the Frames where pokemon are shiny within your own game file.

There is a catch though, its all in Japanese so your going to know a thing or two before heading there.
Once you find your Frame that you want, you must divide that frame by 60 and you get how many seconds you have to wait before going into battle with a pokemon.
My only shiny frame was 28635, which is at 477.25seconds. That is well over 6+ minutes! SRing for Higher Frames is VERY tedious, which is why I recommend using lower frames to find shiny pokemon.
Now once you SR at the Frame you want you might not get your frame. If you have frame 3400 for example, you might get 3456, 3375, or even a frame below(3399) Which is why it takes a while before getting your desired frame. This is because the frames are all about 0.1 from each other; it could be less.

And guess what? I HAVE A SHINY LATIOS :D It took Forever though...but worth it haha.
I think I will restart my emerald for lower shiny frames haha.
