Windows Tutorial: How to Install Windows 8.1 No NX Bit CPU Quickly + .ESD to .WIM File Conversion
I show you a quicker and easier way to install Windows 8.1 on an unsupported PC by using Windows 7 install media.
Also I show you how to convert install.esd files to install.wim files.
BTW I haven’t tested it, but if you use the PAE patch, Pentium IIIs may work also? In Theory if you don't have NX, SSE2, or PAE this should work for you.
