✨ Ingredients:
✔️ 250g Sabudana (Soaked overnight & rinsed well)
✔️ 4 Medium Potatoes (Chopped & boiled)
✔️ ½ Glass Water
✔️ ½ tbsp Lemon Juice 🍋
✔️ ½ tbsp Sugar
✔️ ½ tbsp Ghee 🧈
✔️ 1 tbsp Rock Salt (Saindhav Namak)
✨ For Tadka (Tempering):
✔️ 2 tbsp Oil
✔️ 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
✔️ 2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
✔️ 4-5 Curry Leaves 🌿
✔️ 2 Small Green Chilies 🌶️ (Chopped)
✔️ 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
✔️ 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
✔️ 3 tbsp Sugar
✔️ 1 Lemon (Juice) 🍋
🔥 Step-by-Step Recipe:
1️⃣ Soak sabudana overnight in 2 glasses of water and rinse 3-4 times to remove starch.
2️⃣ In a pressure cooker, add potatoes, water, lemon juice, ghee, sugar, and rock salt. Cook for 2-3 whistles.
3️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and green chilies.
4️⃣ Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
5️⃣ Add boiled sabudana and potatoes, mix evenly.
6️⃣ Squeeze fresh lemon juice for a tangy twist. Serve hot & enjoy your fasting meal! 🙌
