The panelists:
* Vinciane Gaillard (participates remotely) - Deputy Director Research & Innovation at European University Association (EUA)
* Jiří Jirát - Member of the Czech negotiation team CzechELib
* Gerard Meijer - Director at the Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society and Vice-chair of the German negotiation team DEAL
* Martin Svoboda - Head of the negotiating team for electronic resources, Director of the Czech National Library of Technology
