International TIGER DAY 2009!
TIGERS: Majestic, powerful, beautiful, ENDANGERED! September 27th 2009 is International Tiger Day. Started by the Phoenix Fund, a Russian non-governmental organization in 2000, the celebration of all things TIGER is now an annual city holiday in Vladivostock with 3000+ participants!
