Firewall Configuration - Limiting YouTube's Footband (2019). In this tutorial, I'll show you how to create a regular expression (regexp) then, use this expression to create Mangle rules and finally, queues (Queue Tree) to limit the bandwidth of the traffic that goes to YouTube.
