Exit Photoshop and the Creative Cloud desktop app (if installed).
Navigate to the appropriate folder

Exit Photoshop and the Creative Cloud desktop app (if installed).
Navigate to the appropriate folder
For Photoshop CS6 and earlier
For Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe
For Windows 7: \Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe
For Photoshop CC and Later
For Windows 8 and 10: \Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe
Then,
For Photoshop CS6 and earlier Delete the TypeSupport folder
For Photoshop CC and Later Delete CT Font Cache folder
And then empty the trash.
If it does not work for windows 8 and 10 then go to
\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC or Later
Delete the CT Font Cache folder and empty the trash.
