On a cold, winters day Daniel Woolcott headed down to the beautiful Hampshire Avon in search of its big resident chub. With a roving approach in mind, Dan arms himself with a link ledger set up, allowing him to present his bait under those rafts and overhangs where a few chub should hopefully be taking refuge.
