Battlefield 3 save game data corruption 100% fix
Finally found a fix to the data problem so here it is for you all hope it works for you cuz it worked for me
this is for Xbox though not 100% sure about Ps3 but it should still tell u the similar concept for the Ps3 let me know otherwise
DOING THIS PROCESS WILL RESTART YOUR CAMPAIGN
Restart the campaign to recreate the 'Profile save data' file. THIS WILL STOP ALL UNLOCK POP UP THINGS :D

Does this delete anything else like weapons, map packs or Stats
Answer = NO. only the campaign progress and data
