I came across a cool blogger, @marrymemariya, who makes awesome videos. And since I love pole dancing, I decided to film a pole challenge. Masha's friend is a trainer, and in this video ( • СОКОЛОВА И ТУКИТУК СТРАДАЮТ НА ПИЛОНЕ / ИС... ), she teaches her friends five different pole exercises. I decided to join the training and tried to complete all the exercises. I think I definitely did one better than Masha. What do you think?
