RSC is the default in Next.js and now shipping in TanStack Start, which means if you're writing React in 2026, you're going to encounter Server Components whether you opted in or not. The React2Shell exploit (CVE-2025-55182) made it clear that a lot of engineers shipping RSC don't actually understand the boundary between server and client.
