Embarrassment of our narcissistic families. Embarrassment of the poor life choices we made, and embarrassment of our actions around healthy people that made them clearly run away from us. Well those past failures and embarrassments don't equal your future. You're a different person now. Growing, learning, and maturing. Yes, you are surviving narcissistic abuse. A process that will last a life time, but you can take those lemons and turn them into lemonade by having the most successful life imaginable. Narcissistic abuse is meant to destroy your life.
