Speaker: Daniel Mikusa
Want to learn how to make some basic apps for Mac OSX? With the advent of Swift, it’s now easier than ever to take your idea and turn it into a application. In this session, I’ll introduce you to the tools and software required to build apps for Mac OSX. This will include tips on installing the prerequisite software, introducing you to the Swift language and giving a walkthrough on using XCode and Interface builder.
Throughout the session we’ll be building a real, working application, and while the session will be lecture style attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop preinstalled with XCode to follow along.
