Using Automation Direct HMI to pass tags from Modicon to Allen Bradley PLC
In this video I show how to use the C-More Event Manager to copy a tag from a Modicon PLC (via Modbus) to an AB PLC (via EtherNet/IP)
This is a very light duty example, for heavier duty applications I would definitely suggest you consider something like a 460ETCMM from Real Time Automation.
The RTA module is about double the cost of this 7" EA9 HMI, so if you are already in need of an HMI and a simple light duty protocol bridge, this HMI may be of interest to you.
I will probably do a video on the RTA modules in the near future. Very powerful and rock solid.
