INSTRUCTIONS:
When you see 'Sync pending for this folder' in the bottom bar
You will need to click the 'Send & Recieve' button to update your mail
Scroll up to the top toolbar and click the 'Send & Receive' button
The bottom bar text will now say 'All folders are up to date'
