1) Make videos around similar topics :-
When you make videos around similar topics,
-Your videos start getting suggested around your other related videos.
-Your videos start ranking in Search around those related topics.
-Single viewer may multiple of your videos which increases the chances of getting your video featured in the home page of youtube for viewers having similar interest.
When one of your videos boost up ! i.e. they get a lot of views
Those boosted videos will help your other videos get more views.
2) Update Existing/Old videos.
You may make an amazing youtube video, but if you've got a bad title or thumbnail your videos won't perform well.
Check out your older videos and see if they are performing well or not.
For worst performing videos, change it's title or thumbnail (Go for changing thumbnail in Most Cases)
For Great performing videos , update it's end screen to point it towards your newer videos .
For Great Performing End Screens (End Screens That Have High VTR), or Great Performing Thumbnails (Having High CTR) , Make sure you don't touch it
Just work on Worst Performing Videos First
3) Study Your Analytics.
This one is the most important part .
Check your thumbnails CTR , pay attention at high CTR thumbnails, What's Common in them ?Checkout Videos with highest End Screen CTR , do single endscreen elements perform best or multiple one ?Group best performing videos and worst performing videos and observe the trends going on.Study the audience retention graphs, when do you see highest peak and highest drop ? What happened in the video at that point of time ? NOTE IT DOWN !
Study your analytics every week , and conduct new experiments every week for different aspects (thumbnails,video length,titles,etc.)
