This is an old video showing WP All Import v3. How things have changed since then - now we're on version 4.
WP All Import v3 was, when it was released, the best way to import XML to WordPress and import CSV files to WordPress.
It had full support for images, Custom Fields, and Custom Post Types, and was commonly used for building affiliate stores, content sites, local directories, and much more, since it's Custom Fields compatibility made it work with any theme.
