Powerful homemade generator from an asynchronous electric motor.
I'll be honest, I don't use this generator for home lighting. I have a powerful 3 kW inverter and battery. I use it in places where there's no electricity, mostly with power tools like welders, grinders, drills, hammer drills, various saws, and even a concrete mixer. Basically, it's like a mobile workshop. I can easily get about 3 kW from a single phase, and up to 5 kW from three phases.
