Secure, safe, fast
BIR Accredited
No need for pre-printed forms
No need for OR to be pre approved by BIR
Immediate cost benefit due to use of cheaper papers and no need of using ribbon and ink.
Guarantee integration with your current Billing & Collection System
Secure automated cash drawer
Updates your cashiering system

Enhance and improve your collection efficiency and at the same time conform to the BIR ruling on issuing Sales Invoice and Official Receipt (OR).
With the recent BIR Memorandum that requires company to register in eAccReg and eSales System, DDC have developed the Total POS Cashiering System (TPCS).
Total POS Cashiering System (TPCS) is now approved by BIR and currently being used by Busuanga Electric Cooperative (BISELCO), Ifugao Electric Cooperative (IFELCO) and Puerto Princesa Water District.
We guarantee seamless integration with your current Billing and Collection System whether you are using the DDC Total Utility Billing (& Collection) System (TUBS/ TUBS+) or not.
We can also show you a Return Of Investment (ROI) of less than 3-6 months if you replace your current Collection (issuance of OR) System with our POS System.
Advantages:
1. TPCS is very modular system which you can implement as complete or partial as needed. Example, you can use your present PC’s use by cashier and only purchase the POS printer, which uses ordinary paper rolls and not the pre-printed OR. This results to huge savings and convenience both to the Utility Company and Consumer.
2. TPCS can be implemented whatever Billing & Collection System installed. DDC will ensure that TPCS will be integrated to the current system.
3. No need to have ‘formatted and pre-printed’ receipts printed in volume and boxes.
4. No need to have the pre-printed forms approved by BIR.
5. Uses cheaper Paper rolls for printing “OR”. No need for the ‘bulky’ dot matrix printers but instead uses slim, easy to use POS printers.
6. BIR accredited. DDC will assist in securing the BIR accreditation.
7. Uses secure Cash Drawer with special security codes and features.
8. ROI is GUARANTEED in 3 – 6 months.
