Flatout: Ultimate Carnage with Half-Life Movement

Truly incredible work from our good friend Chloe who managed to implement HL Movement as we know it into an already wild racing game! This version of the game is a mod that Chloe made as well which has all kinds of features that I didn't even fully delve into yet. If you are a fan of Flatout UC I highly recommend trying out the Chloe Collection!
With this mod also comes the first implementation of Chloe's "Freeman API" which is a powerful tool that can be used to implement Half-Life Movement into other games!! I really hope to see some talented modders give this API a try!
