Steps
1. Create a Necromancer (WD if you don't have it).
2. Start a T1 Adventure Mode game.
3. Look for a Zoltun Kulle or Maghda bounty. If none are present, repeat this step.
4. Grab Templar's weapon, salvage his Shield and Scoundrel's bow. Do NOT talk to the Enchantress.
5. Unlock Gateway in the Altar.
6. Teleport to each bounty waypoint in Act 2 to snapshot nearby monsters.
7. Run to Zoltun Kulle/Maghda. Defeat adds in these fights to level up next to the boss for a massive burst damage.
8. Complete remaining Act 2 bounties in order hardest to easiest, but safe the very hardest for when you hit level 11.
9. At level 11, steal Enchantress's weapon and finish remaining bounties.
10. If you're not level 18 yet, reduce the game difficulty to hard and get the Kanai's Cube, else do it later.
11. At level 18, reduce game difficulty to normal and restart the game until you have Zoltun Kulle/Maghda bounties. Complete these until you have 2x Diamond.
12. Upgrade the gems into 1x Flawless Diamond, then unlock Anointed in the Altar.
13. Upgrade the Blacksmith as much as you can (lvl 9 or 10).
14. (If not playing Necro) Throw all your items in your stash and create your main class.
15. Start a T4-T5 Adventure Mode game.
16. Craft the highest level Two-Handed weapon suitable for your class. If you can, reroll it to have mainstat + vitality.
17. Equip all other items from your stash.

ADDITIONAL LEVELING TIPS
---
Always choose a difficulty where you can both comfortably survive and kill most enemies within a few seconds
Use bursts in character power to crank up the difficulty and increase your speed
Pick up items from the ground, especially yellows
Decide quickly which items to keep and which to salvage
Make sure to leave the game at the same time when in a group
Use Diamonds for defense and a Ruby in helmet and weapon
Use good map layouts to clean them up
Use all your gold and mats to improve your speed
