Intel® Standard Manageability (ISM) is a similar management technology that has been around for several years. So how do Intel® AMT and ISM compare? ISM provides a subset of the capabilities found on Intel® AMT. Intel® AMT offers more remote management capabilities and includes exclusive features like KVM remote control.
