Hire a worker...
Go to the Work Supervisor NPC
Hire a worker and assign them to the city
Start crafting...
Open the workshop via the map
Select Balenos Fishing Rod
Assign your worker and start production
Collect the rod...
Once finished, take it from storage
Enhance it to +10 for best AFK fishing efficiency
