What is this Error Code NP-34388-6??? This error code is a Network Error code displayed when the PS4 Can't connect to the server. Most likely the server can't handle the load on it.
If you are getting this error when trying the new Youtube upload feature then this is a quick Fix to help you get your videos uploaded
FOUND THE RIGHT SOLUTION TO FIXING THIS PROBLEM:
Huge shout out to War Mac / channel SUBSCRIBE FOLKS!!!!
Go into your Google account security, check the apps on there and when you see PSN, click REVOKE to remove it.
Then go on PS4 and sign into YouTube, this time it should go through properly and you will see you are signed in.
Exit out and upload any clips you want to YouTube.

Xzulas Other Tips:
My PS4 is hardwired Via its Ethernet port. I suggest using Ethernet if you are going to be uploading stuff as Wireless in not nearly as fast.
My internet speed is 30Mbs download and 4Mbs upload so its not really that fast when you take into account that we are uploading
It only took me around 4 to 5 mins to upload a 3min video, it was actually pretty fast on here.
The quality is 720p
