Develop
Develop is a short animated feature that demonstrates the pain of losing something precious to you. The female protagonist mourns the death of her grandfather and is struggling to move forward with her life. It is only when she discovers his old film camera that she’s reminded of what she has rather than what she’s lost.
Sometimes people forget how loved they are. It’s in those moments that someone comes along to open their eyes. Love binds lives together and gives people strength when they have none. Through the unforgettable memories and feelings they etch into our hearts, no one is ever truly gone.
This was my senior project during my last year of art school. This took me about 3 months to finish, and because of it, I graduated college with a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts.
I hope you enjoy this because I thoroughly enjoyed making it.
