Radial Blur in Photoshop Tutorial
Using radial blur in Photoshop can be effective in certain photos, such as when the photographer wants to emphasize a center of a photo while blurring out in a zoom pattern the rest of the photo. In this Photoshop tutorial, I show how to use Photoshop masks and radial blur effect to add interest and style to a photo.
