That's right, they're bringing Neco-Arc to Type Lumina as part of the 2nd Wave of DLC! While another fighter was announced, it'll take some time before a certain style for that fighter is made here in MUGEN.
For now, let's celebrate with a duel between the two Neco-Arcs: Neco-Arc and Neco-Arc Chaos. IDK if AI Patches are available for either of them, but this may provide an even ground for the battle.
