Finally we can change the picture transparency in PowerPoint with its native tools. If you are using PowerPoint 365 or PowerPoint 2019 (or obviously any newer version that will be released in the future) you should be able to change the transparency of pictures by simply using the appropriate picture tools option on the left side of PowerPoint. This is a small but groundbreaking improvement and I'm happy that it finally was added. Better late than never!
