Factorio - Barrel Loops
This video feels like a mess but I think that's because the nature of the thing I am explaining is multi-faceted and difficult. At first glance barrels might not seem like much (just put liquid in a barrel and then dump it on a conveyor, right?), but when you put them under stress they can behave in interesting and frustrating ways. It has taken a lot of experimentation for me to get this far with them, and there will be further experimentation to come, and potentially further learning also, improvements, but as far as the basics go I think I can finally say I have them down.
I am anticipating questions. There is a part of me that feels like this video is both too long and too rushed. Overall its just a horrible subject to try and cover.
