Hello Folks, a deeply personal video that I've decided is the right time to share for a variety of reasons that will be explained in the video, and hopefully you will tune in to the Podcast (links below). Later on in 2018, several months after the car crash that left me with life changing injuries, I was diagnosed with complex PTSD, mixed anxiety and depression disorder, all of which I live with to this day and will be for life.
During my visit to London to attend the launch of the British Business Bank Small Business Loan Ambassador Scheme, I had the opportunity to speak to a room full of strangers and talk about my life, the crash, my subsequent injuries both physical and mental and how it changed both my life and me as a person. A gentleman called Freddie introduced himself after the event and he is part of an organisation called Vent which offers safe spaces for people to talk about their mental health. After speaking to him on several occasions he asked if I would be interested to appear on his Podcast: 'Just Checking In'. I agreed and the episode was recorded a couple of weeks ago.
