Conan Exiles - Isle of Siptah 2.3 - T4 Named Thrall: Bak'h (Smelter)
At a small camp located near the Southwoods point of interest I found a name smelter. I'm pretty sure he wasn't there the last time I went through the camp, which means he might not spawn there every time.
