Part two of the video about repairing, setting up, and calibrating the F4320 combination meter for measuring resistance, inductance, and capacitance at home.
The F4320 combination meter is designed to measure at a frequency of 1000 Hz:
capacitance (C) and the active component of the capacitive complex impedance in a parallel equivalent circuit (Rc);
inductance (L) and the active component of the inductive complex impedance in a series equivalent circuit (Rl);
active resistance (R).
The F4320 operates by directly converting each component of the complex impedance into a proportional voltage, which is fed to the measuring mechanism.
This section tests the operation of board #1 in standalone mode. The integrity of the power supply circuits and the presence of oscillation are checked, and it is also shown which components were replaced during the board's maintenance. During the repair, a problem with the trimmer resistors was identified. However, it was discovered that replacing the KR140UD1B did not produce the expected result. A step-by-step process for identifying the flickering fault is provided separately. After all issues are resolved, the oscillator and phase shifter are finally adjusted.
