Sum Odd Program (Or is it Sum of all Odd Numbers in a Range?) [#15] - Java Coding Exercise Problem

We will analyze the question and work through the Udemy Java Software Developer Complete Masterclass problem together then display the results & verify them. psuedocode for main method:
int sum = SumOdd.sumOdd(4,10) *change the range accordingly
print The sum is 21. [ these 2 lines are needed for each]
