Grettir was immensely strong, and his feats of strength are still remembered and can still be seen on the landscape of Iceland today. But are they realistic, or the fantasies of the saga author? In this excerpt from the film, a modern Icelandic strongman, Hjalti "Ursus" Árnason, gives his opinions of Grettir's feats.
