Best Home Workout app Without Equipment (calisthenic based)
What I wanna talk to you about in this video, is an app I've been using for the past 3 months which in my opinion is the best app for home workout. Since the gyms are closed we all tried to find a way to do some workout at home, most of the times without any equipment at all. And this was my best gym buddy in this time.
The app is called Home Workout and it is available on both google play and app store so you can use it on pretty much every mobile device than runs on android or iOS, from smartphone to tablets and even the iPod touch.
Now I know there are a lot of fitness and workout apps out there but what makes this the best in my opinion is the fact that it's calisthenic based which means they have different programs with exercises you can perform without any special equipment. They also have some programs for which you only need some dumbbells so this made it perfect for me. And with the gyms closed for all this time it turned out very useful.
