Hi guys!!
Sorry this video took so long to make! I am currently writing my final year dissertation and am entering exam season which has taken up quite a lot of my time... This video is quite a sensitive one but I think therefore even more important to make. It's something that a lot of us experience: a feeling of detachment with one's body which can translate itself into different behaviours, coping mechanisms maybe, to mask the uncomfortableness and dissatisfaction we sometimes have with ourselves. I hope that for those who experience this, this video might help you in some type of way and make you feel understood.
