DEATH STAR 1, 2, 3, prototype. All about the Empire's gigantic weapon from the Star Wars universe.
Today we'll talk about the Death Stars—all their incarnations in the Expanded Universe and the new canon. The Empire's ultimate weapon was first revealed in "A New Hope," and a second Death Star was introduced in "Return of the Jedi." However, there was also a third Death Star, and the story of its creation, characteristics, and characters involved with the Death Star differ greatly between canon and the Expanded Universe.
