Welcome everyone, in today's YouTube gaming video we talk about the release date of Splitgate which should launch into Season1, due to the fact that the 'Season Challenges' are available towards the end of August. We also highlight the new open beta for Splitgate, a new free-to-play game that is now available on console & PC with cross-play. This is a new exciting game that has evolved from its previous version. This new FPS game is very fast paced and could be the next big game if it builds in popularity. If there is one game that could be very popular this year, I believe this is the game that could blow up if it plays its cards right.

Splitgate is a free-to-play, fast-paced multiplayer shooter that features player-controlled portals. This sci-fi shooter takes the FPS genre to a new dimension with its portal mechanics, delivering high-flying, multi-dimensional combat. IGN describes Splitgate as “Halo meets Portal."
Originally this game was meant to launch on July 27th, but the full release has been delayed until August. Another open-beta will replace the previous launch date. This new update has brought a lot of new content to Splitgate and has also fixed a lot of the server issues Splitgate previously had.
