From a bonus episode of "Star Trek: TAS".
The episode was a bouns on the Star Trek: TOS Season 2 Blu-ray set and was featured in HD. Unfortunately CBS removed the Paramount logos on everything on this Blu-ray. However most HD prints do preserve the 1969/2020 Paramount logo in HD. It was announced that ST: TAS is getting released on Blu-ray as part of the 'Star Trek 50th Anniversary TV and Movie Collection'. Just don't expect to see a Paramount logo on that release.
Speaking of Star Trek, I plan on doing a run-down of ST: TOS (Blu-ray release) in September along with another TV show that's returning this year.
UPDATE - 27/10/2020: I can confirm that this combo is only seen on the episode included on the "Star Trek: TOS" Season 2 Blu-ray set. The 2020 Blu-ray set of "Star Trek: TAS" preserves the 1969/2020 Paramount Pictures logo.
