What is the perfect camera and lens for wildlife photography? What camera is best to photograph wildlife? These are questions that I get asked on occasion and questions that I myself have wondered. In this weeks video, I'll answer those questions!

Recently, I made it out to photograph some Great Gray Owls. I had an amazing trip and at the end of the trip I mentioned that I wanted to photograph them again soon. So I made it back out and to explore a different area and find some more Owls to photograph! It wasn't until I was headed out of the area that I found an Owl to photograph, but what an amazing trip it was!

Not only was I able to photograph another Great Gray Owl, but I was able to do so with a brand new lens and camera setup. I was pleasantly surprised and am so excited to make the transition from my camera setup that I've been using for years now, to this new setup.

Follow along as I show you the Owl that I was able to photograph and discuss my priorities when choosing cameras and lenses to photograph wildlife with.

As always, I strive to be as respectful to the animals I photograph and observe as I possibly can. As a professional wildlife photographer, it's my responsibility to respect the beautiful animals I photograph, I encourage you to do the same.

I now have my 2023 Wildlife Calendar available for order. Please help support me and my channel by picking one up today, thanks in advance! https://www.jimmybreitenstein.com/sto...
